Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mybu Massage ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who Can Use the Service

The Service is intended for licensed massage therapists, wellness establishments, and clients located in Florida. Therapists must hold a valid Florida license. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

3. Listings, Requests & Deals

Therapists may list a free profile in our private vetted roster. Businesses may submit requests through our Request a Therapist service; Mybu Massage matches requests to vetted therapists from the roster and charges a flat placement fee, payable only after the therapist arrives and performs the service. Deal listings on the public homepage are paid promotions. Mybu Massage does not provide massage services directly and is not responsible for any treatment or interaction between users.

4. Deal Listing Fees

Paid deal listings are charged per the plan selected at checkout (Individual or Establishment). Charges only apply after a deal is approved. Listing fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misrepresent credentials, post unlawful or sexually explicit content, scrape the database, or attempt to bypass paid access. Violations may result in account termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." Mybu Massage is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
